When you need a shed or building Hometown Sheds makes it easy from design all the way to delivery. We’re excited to announce that we’ve recently expanded our included delivery radius to better meet our customers’ needs.

What’s Our Delivery Radius?

Whether you’re purchasing a building from one of our many local Hometown Sheds locations or, you’re custom building your own shed right from our website, the quote that you receive with your order has always included standard delivery within a 30-mile radius. However, in an effort to better serve our customers, we’ve recently expanded our included delivery radius from 30 miles to 50 miles. This expanded reach allows customers shopping online or those who may not be able to visit one of our in-person stores, to still be able to get the shed they want with delivery included. If your location exceeds a 50-mile radius, we’ll provide you with a quote on the additional delivery fees.

How Does Delivery Work?

First, you’ll select your shed or building either in person or online. Then, you’ll work with one of our Hometown Sheds professionals to finalize the payment details, including financing terms and options. The quote provided to you with your building will include delivery and set up within a 50-mile radius.

Once the details are finalized, the dispatch manager will contact you prior to delivery to set up a time that meets your needs and schedule. Most buildings and set-ups can be completed in one day however larger buildings may take a bit longer.

Before the delivery day, you’ll want to ensure that your site location is prepped and ready to go for a smooth transition. This means there are no low hanging branches or wires, clearing tree stumps and removing large rocks, and leveling your area. A fenced area will need to be large enough for the delivery truck and building to safely enter and exit as well.
