We had a jolly old man with a fluffy white beard stop in the other day, and we’re pretty sure it was Santa! He had a long list, and was asking a lot of questions about…
Kids’ Playsets. Santa said that parents are really looking for screenless toys this year, wanting them to get outside, use their imagination, and stretch their large muscles. In other words, he wanted some gym sets! He loved all the options of slides, climbing bars, swings, picnic tables, towers, and bridges. He asked about accessible options, which we have. And then he wanted to know about safety. We showed him how the Amish built playsets come with vinyl wrapped wood to protect little fingers, but also to eliminate staining, rotting, and warping.
Grownup Gifts. Age isn’t a factor when it comes to believing, which is why Santa Claus has She Sheds and Man Caves on his list. We showed him what garages and carports to get to cover and protect all those grown up toys. He’s even got the perfect gift for work-a-holics – buildings that can be custom made for office and gym space.
Before he left, Santa asked about a custom building. It needed to be really big, rated for snow loads and wind zones, and have a heating package. We’re pretty sure it’s for his workshop. Smart guy, that Santa.
