Perfect Spacing. Joists are important, because they hold up your building! That’s why we use pressure treated 2×6’s. Our standard spacing is 16″ on center, but if you have a heavy cargo for your building, we can have them built closer together.

Engineered for Stability. The floor decking that we use is engineered wood just like is used in building homes. It’s 3/4″ thick wood and assembled tongue in groove, making the floor stable no matter what.

Grace Under Pressure. There’s a lot of pressure on a building when it’s moved. That’s why we use 4×6 pressure treated notched runners. Joists are actually fastened to the runners to make doubly sure your floor stay s put when it is being moved.
