It’s About the Floors – and the Doors

Ride down your street and take a look at the storage building that your neighbors have. Chances are, if their building is of a certain age, they’ll have issues with their floors and their doors. Sub-quality flooring will rot and sag over time, and doors will start to sag, and pull away from the frame. You won’t have that with a building from Hometown Sheds. When it comes to quality, we can show you – it’s all about the floors and the doors.
Our Floors. When we build our floors, our factory right up the road in Danville starts with 3/4” tongue-in-groove decking, and they support it with 2′ x 6′ floor joists. Pressure treated wood makes parts that are in close proximity to resistant to mold, mildew, and rot.
Our Doors. Our doors are steel framed, so you won’t have to worry about warping or sagging. All of our doors come with weather tight seals so the interior of your unit will be safe from the snow, hail, sleet, or rain. You’re not limited to swinging doors, either. We have roll up doors, double doors, doors with windows, and even doors with ramps!
When you come to us, you’ll quickly see that our sheds are not your typical cookie-cutter structures that you may see while driving down the road. We custom create each shed to our customer’s specifications, ensuring that it is handcrafted with quality materials at our factory in Danville, Virginia. Our professionals work closely with you to understand your needs, wants, and desires, bringing your vision to life, inch by inch, floor by floor, and door by door.
