One of our customers found this out totally by accident. A couple of years back, their family purchased a Discovery Depot playset. The customized it with a rock wall, slide, fort, walk up ramp, and swings. The kids have been enjoying it ever since.

Recently, the family put their home on the market. When the offer for the home was made, the buyer requested that the playset remain. It turned out to be a part of the negotiating process.

We learned about the story when the same customer called to place his order for a new playset for their new home. They again chose the Discovery Depot, but chose colors to match their home’s exterior.
