Getting Started. When you first contact Hometown Sheds, you’ll reach a local location manager right in your own area or utilize our convenient online virtual agent. You’re welcome to stop by one of our lots to see our current available inventory or call to discuss your questions and options over the phone. If you’re just getting an idea and prefer the comfort of your couch, our shed and carport builders are a popular option as well. Simply select the size, design, color, and style of building you’re looking for, glance at all of the many customizable options, and then submit your design for a quote. You’ll then promptly be contacted by a representative with pricing details and to help you along the way. You can even place your order over the phone or online!
Design. The shed ordering process is easy. What may be hard for you is deciding on all the many options available. Depending on the shed type, you’ll find roll up, double, and even two in one multi-purpose doors. And that’s in addition to all of your window options. Our metal sheds are available in a wide range of colors. You can choose stained or painted siding with wooden buildings. You can even add pegboard, workbenches, customized shelving, electricity, Luxguard® premium flooring and much, much more.
Financing. Once you’ve decided on your building, we’re happy to work with you on payment options, too. Hometown Sheds accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and all major credit cards. However, if you need to pay as you go we’ve got you covered. We offer a rent to own option with no credit checks and easy, set monthly payments. 90 days same as cash and traditional financing plans are available as well.
Delivery. We’re often asked what you need to do to be prepared before your building is delivered. You can find many of the answers here. We typically leave permitting up to you but we strongly encourage you to check with you local zoning office before a delivery time is set. If a certified plan is requested, we are happy to provide that to you free of charge. Once your order is placed, your local representative will advise you of delivery times, and about a day before delivery you will receive a call advising you of a more precise timeframe.
Delivery and installation are generally included with your shed or building quote to ensure there are no surprises after the order. Installation on most of our steel structures can be completed within a day although large buildings may take longer. Once delivery is set, the fun begins – sit back, relax and watch your building come to life right in front of your eyes.
