A Playset from Paw Paw

Like all good grandfathers, Paw Paw loved his grandchildren, and he was always thinking about him. A few years ago, Paw Paw came to our Gastonia location to purchase a storage building for his yard. While he was there, he noticed our playsets, and of course, he began imagining how much his grandbabies needed to have one.

Paw Paw decided that when he passed away, he was going to leave a playset as a legacy. We were saddened when we found out that Paw Paw had died, but our hearts were warmed when his wife explained what he had planned.

We helped created “Paw Paw’s Playset”, a masterpiece of fun with a fort, a spiral slide, a bridge, ladders, and plenty of swings. Matching blue mulch keeps those grandkids safe, too.

The grandchildren loved their Paw Paw, and he them. We can’t help but think that Paw Paw is watching how much they are loving the playset he left them. We know that as they play, they’ll continue to feel his love through the years.
